Large Capacity

Our car-bottomed furnace is big enough to handle large jobs with the capability to hold 16 feet wide x 20 feet long x 8 feet high parts.  This helps with quick turn around times helping you meet your required deliveries.

Quality Control

We can work to your specifications or the national standards issued by AWS (American Welding Society).  Charts can be supplied to verity that your parts were held at the correct temperature and time.  We have the ability to reach 1400 degrees Fahrenheit and can track the progress with up to 24 thermo-Couplings.

Computer Controlled

Furnace is fired by a Maxton 3 inch KineMax Burned with 2,400,000 BTU/Hr.  Control panel consist of Honeywell Burner, Temperature, and High Limit Control.  Recorder is Honeywell DPR180 with 24 inputs and calibration certificate.
